Create Xonotic Internet server step by step pictures

Is there step by step pictures how to set up Xonotic Internet server?

I remember someone posting it on the forum.

Tried to find but no success.

Or can I change already existing ones server games by commands, like adding all weapons and hook?

1. Copy server_windows.bat to Xonotic main directory
2. Copy server.cfg to %UserProfile%\Saved Games\xonotic\data
3. Then what? 
4. Forward port 26000 from network setup
5. Then what?
