Server Question - CTF

This should be an easy one, but the solution escapes me.
I recently set up a CTF Minsta + Hook server, but cant seem to turn off the feature that requires you to pickup ammo within a certain amount of time or perish in the process. Can anyone tell me where in the server.cfg file I can find and remove this feature?
