I think that's because one day whole world was speaking french Now they are unhappy about that domination taken away from them, and the refuse to learn english - that's just my little theory. Enyway. A little colorful update on the ranking in the first post.

LOL @ Bavarian minority. OFFICIALLY Bavarian is only a dialect of the German language, no matter what the Bavarians say (provided, you understand what they say).
