Some areas look pretty, but please, rework that dome. The bars seem to be made from brushes - I'm sure they'll look a lot better as patches. And try to increase lightmap resolution for those surfaces which catch light falling through this dome. Right now shadows on those look too blurred and unappealing.

The dull shadows are the results of test compile - it looks much smoother with Xonotic approved switches.
I'm not satisfied with the domes either, but I'm afraid, I can't make them look better with my own knowledge. The best would be to make them from models, but I cannot do that. But since this is WIP, there's still plenty of time to replace those domes with better looking ones.

C.Brutail: 2 things.
1) Some glass in the oval windows would be nice, right now it looks like you should be able to jump right through.
2) Clip the domes, currently you can laser up and look through the whole map.

Just finished the team version of Lab 610. Added CTF so far, but will try to add more tomorrow.

The colored lasers are deadly team blocks. Players can walk through their own team's lasers, but will die instantly if touching the enemy's (making some paths in each base only accessible to the owner team). Some of the lasers can be disabled via buttons, to allow attackers to go that way too. IMO this idea should be used in more maps, cuz it's fun Big Grin

I've just come up with a sweet layout for a cave-volcano-mars-base-thing-with-assault-and-vehicles map. I'll post it tomorrow, when my scanner stops hating me.
