Normalmap Plugin for GIMP. I use it just for the 3D preview mainly. It's totally worth a download.

Two good VST synths for LMMS and any other DAW's:

A nice classic analog synth emulation:

A powerful trance oriented synth - can make some sick powerful bass...check out the chorus O_o:

Dear Devs & Community.

I am writing to since I stumbled upon Sunvox the other day. I felt sure about that this was well within Your relevant interest zone.
Its a cross-platform audio tracker with modular synthesizers. However it is not 'Free', but OTOH gratis as in free beer for those platforms that matters.

Also, documentation and tutorials here and there.
Live long and prosper, I'll see you all down the road.
Yours truly. /Clippy.

I found an interesting tool by accident today and I thought I should post it here:
Bryce 7.1
Its a program to create skyboxes (and other stuff I think), but its license is some proprietary license afaik. Its free to download atm (for a limited timespan), though. I just tried to install and run it but it wont work for me for some reason...
