Why is Cortez always so mysterious?
He always uploads 'small fix' maps without proving changelog or screenshots
He doesn't provide the source of maps when asked for it, even when he's obligated too.

MAYBE
He's creating a botnet...

Anyway this seems to be rather old and since Cortez has done some changes things may have changed...
