I just want to voice an result of that my issue.

The game should contain all libraries and frameworks to launch. If it's not available by some reason the installation wizard should ask a player to install all must have components.

I agree. This has been reported already. It's not something we can fix in 0.8 because that's already released. It'll have to wait the next release.
