Go to http://beta.xonotic.org/autobuild/ and download ´Xonotic-latest-high.zip´, I think.

Or just Xonotic-latest-mappingsupport.zip and add the files to your xonotic dir.

But -high works too.

Yeah, but in ´Xonotic-latest-mappingsupport.zip´ the normalmaps are missing (why?).

because netradiant doesnt use normal maps or know how to display them
